Welcome to Eternal Gravestone

We would love to create a memory for your loved one's gravestone.

This memory would be a short 2–3-minute remembrance for viewing as you and others visit the gravesite.  Scanning the QR code with your phone camera allows viewing of the memory at each visit, where you will listen to favorite song as pictures and/or videos are displayed.

You provide pictures and/or videos, and we will create a compilation set to a song of your choice.

Videos need to be submitted in a digital format, and photos can be submitted either digital, or hard copy.

We are local to Morgan, Utah and can accept digital files via email or hand delivered or mailed on a USB flash drive.  If your photographs are hard copies, we can scan and return the originals.

When the memory is complete, we will email you a link for your approval, and can make any changes as necessary for your complete satisfaction.

QR codes can be either 2" x 2" with wording, or 1.5" x 1.5" without wording.

Basic price is $100.00 per Headstone Memory, or $150.00 if scanning is involved.

Average songs are usually 2-3 minutes in length, and photos are viewed at 2-3 seconds each, with 20-30 favorite photos as the norm.  We will work with what is submitted and can edit as needed with your approval.

There would be additional charges for larger/longer requests, but we are flexible and want to meet your needs.

We accept Venmo, Check or Cash.

Your Eternal Gravestone QR code is made of commercial grade metal and can withstand harsh outdoor conditions. Attachment is made with high quality adhesive tape which is an easy-to-use permanent bonding method with long-term durability.  Initial attachment should be done in weather above 70 degrees.  We can help with the attachment if requested at local Morgan cemeteries.

If you are interested in purchasing an Eternal Gravestone QR code for your loved one, please reach out via email to memory@eternalgravestone.com, and we will work with you to create a beautiful remembrance.
